On Sunday, April 14, 2019, Besikci Center and Genocide Center of Dohuk University, in collaboration with Erbil University, the First International Academic Conference on Genocide was held at the hall of conferences-Dohuk University.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Karwan Salih, a lecturer from the History Department of the University of Zakho participated in the panels of the conference with an academic research paper.
